Do you offer warranty for your miners?
Yes, all devices we manufacture have a warranty. (see below)

Warranty

All Mad Monkey Rigz will be tested by factory before shipment and certified by Mad Monkey Rigz LLC. The post-sales service policy is as follows. After payment, your order will be processed immediately.

360 days parts warranty for any miners directly purchased from Mad Monkey Rigz LLC. (counting starts upon miner arrival). If any problem, please leave an after-sales message on our message board. Our technical support team will get in touch with you asap.

Please don’t send any machine or parts without contacting the technical support team first. Any loss or damage as a result of lack of contact will be the responsibility of the customer.

The price of miners may be adjusted at any time without prior notice or price compensation to customers.

The warranty expires in the following cases:

Miner is demolished, privately altered or component replacement by customers;

Lightning, voltage surges, poor quality power supply causing damage;

Circuit boards and components damaged by water, exposed to moisture or corroded;

The circuit board or the chip is completely burned;

Excessive Over-clocking in an overheating environment.

If above case happens, services of your miner maintenance will be charged. For the specific procedures, please refer to the after-sales process.

What will happen if I want to cancel my order and get my money-back?
It is possible to cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can also cancel your order within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to your address if the device is in working condition and there are no signs of usage. Money-back will be performed within 7 days from the moment of return of goods or cancellation of your order.
Can I pay for the order in several payments?

Yes, but your order will be confirmed only after you’ve paid in full.

Payment must be made in full in order to confirm and reserve your order.

Can I pay cash in your office?
Due to security policies and our confidentiality policy we cannot accept this method of payment.
Do you accept PayPal,Credit Cards or Bank Transfer?
Unfortunatly we cannot accept at the moment those payment methods due to the frequently occurring fraud practices.
What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment we only accept Bitcoin and/or Litecoin, and/or Dashcoin in the near future we will add Bank Transfer as well.
Which are the countries where the products can be delivered?
Worldwide, except the countries that are currently in war zone.
How much is the shipping price?
We offer guaranteed shipping to any part of the world via UPS, DHL or FedEx. You order will be dispatched within 3 to 7 days after payment confirmation, depending on the size, range and availability.

Each miner is fully insured during its journey. We have added shipping to each product page as miners differ in size and weight, and country of delivery is also a factor

Repair Guide

If your miner is not working properly, we want to fix the issue as soon as possible. To do that we need your help – please follow these instructions and let us know the details of the problem.

A 360-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. The package of faulty miners or parts must be ship out from yourself within that 360-day period, otherwise the warranty will be void.

The repair process:

1. Locate the fault part and confirm the problem.
2. Prepare the shipment.
3. Send a email to tech_support@madmonkeyrigz.com to tell us the tracking number and other info which is needed.
4. Instructions for out of warranty repair.

Here are the details:
1. Locate the fault part and confirm the problem.
a. If you are able to troubleshoot and are certain which part/unit is faulty you can arrange the shipment and send us the email.
b. If you are not certain how to locate the faulty part/unit, please contact us via email.

c. If the hashboard/PSU is burnt, oxidized, broken or the PIN on it is fallen off, it will be scrapped and can not be fixed. Please do not return it.
d. If the customer removes/replaces any components especially hashboards without the permission from MadMonkey Rigz, for technical reasons the miner/hash board cannot be repaired. All the hash boards in the same miner must have the same serial numbers.
e. Please only ship whole miners, hash boards, control boards and PSU to our repair centers. Other accessory parts will be discarded during customs clearance.

Instructions for out of warranty repair

If you are not sure whether the miner is out of warranty, please contact us to confirm that.
If your machine is out of warranty you can send the parts or machine to MadMonkey Rigz for paid repair.

Firstly. Please contact us first before returning for repair.
Secondly. Please arrange your shipment, Be sure to pack parts well before shipping out.
Thirdly. The bill will be sent to you once the machine is repaired.
Fourthly. Be sure to pack parts well before shipping out.

If the boards get damaged during transport, we cannot repair them.
